The almond of the park

Importance is also given to the cultivation of almonds, of which three varieties are produced:

• c, originally from Apulia. The fruit is medium-sized, elliptical-elongated in shape, with an open ventral suture and a raised dorsal suture. The color is light brown, with a wrinkled shell and dilated pores. 
• Lauranne Avijor, a French variety derived from Tuono variety.
• Mollesca, a variety from Apulia. It is of excellent caliber and has a slender shape, characterized by the tenderness of the shell, which can be easily opened even with bare hands.
