But it’s not only that. The consumption of nuts in Italy has doubled in the last ten years and the demand is characterized almost exclusively by the foreign market, with special attention to Israel, Egypt and the United States of America.
Lelli agricultural company was, therefore, a pioneer in this area, housing fields of almond and chestnut trees among its orchards.
Today, nuts are not only used for direct sales, but also as a main ingredient for the production of cookies and creams, whose aromas and fragrances speak for themselves.
