Imola apricot
The apricots grown by Azienda Agricola Lelli are divided into three varieties:
- Bergeron, translates into a large fruit, with a pulp of great consistency, sweet, fragrant and excellent organoleptic characteristics.
- Tardif de Tain, has a medium-large size, orange color with red nuances that extend between 20-40% of the surface and round shape. The pulp is of medium consistency and generally acidic in flavor.
- Farbaly, bright, red apricots. The shape is spherical with firm pulp, with a good aromatic flavor.
